We are a private organization based in Bulgaria whose main purpose is the education of both drivers and pedestrians on road safety. It is well-known that in the Balkan region, especially in Bulgaria and Romania, that the number of fatalities in traffic is among the highest in Europe (fatalities per million inhabitants). It was commonly agreed that such a database at the Community level would make it possible to identify and quantify road safety problems, evaluate the efficiency of road safety measures, determine the relevance of Community actions and facilitate the exchange of experience in this field. Regarding this we aim to educate others so that our roads become safer and we can move away from the top of this shameful and tragic ranking. Please visit our Facebook page.

Safety is something that drivers should keep in mind at all times. Travelling on the road is one of the greatest and most uncontrollable risks drivers around the world face each day. After all, when you are driving a vehicle, you have a responsibility to do your part to keep the roadways safe for yourself, other drivers, passengers, and others who may be affected by traffic accidents. Please visit our Safety Tips for Driving page! We recommend you stay up to date on our list of scheduled events by subscribing to our newsletter. For suggestions or questions regarding upcoming events, contests, or statistics related to traffic safety, you can send us a message at info[at]tsea.bg. In order to fund both this organization and upcoming events, we offer translation services of various documents including but not limited to International Driving Documents (Permis International de Conducere).
